Which credit cards are accepted for ONLINE BOOKINGS?
Debit Card, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover.
Where do I pick up the truck when I arrive?
Ultimate Dive Trucks delivers to the airport or directly to the comfort of your accommodations anywhere on the island, depending on your preference.
Do you allow additional drivers?
Yes, and there is no additional charge. This makes it easy for groups to rent 2 trucks with no worry or concern about who is driving. All drivers must be 25 years or older with valid drivers license to drive the trucks.
What is the maximum number of passengers?
Each truck seats 6, but the truck is ultimately designed for 4 divers.
What is your canceLlation policy?
Due to the limited availability of these trucks, we assess the following cancellation fee schedule:
1) $150 processing fee applies to ALL cancellations
2) FULL REFUND, less processing fee if cancelled 30+ days prior to start date of rental.
2) NO REFUND, if cancelled inside of 30 days prior to start date of rental.

What insurance coverage is provided?
Your rental comes inclusive of insurance. No surprises or up-selling once you arrive.
If you do not comply to the terms of the rental agreement, you are responsible for damages.
For example: If you drink and drive, then cause an accident, you are responsible.
Our damage deposit is $750 and secured with a major credit card hold on arrival.
Can I go to Washington-Slagbaai National Park?
Yes. However, we do not service the vehicle for any reason while inside the park. This includes flat tires, missing battery, dead battery, etc. Enter the park at your own risk and if you have problems, contact our service partner: http://www.hbroadservice.com/
How does this shore diving thing work?
